Chelsea assistant coach Marco Ianni has been fined £6,000 by the Football Association(FA) after he accepted improper conduct charge.

Ianni celebrated Ross Barkley’s 96th minute equalizer against Manchester United wildly in front of the United dugout.

Mourinho reacted to the gesture, which resulted in a scuffle in the final minutes of the game.

The Italian apologized to Mourinho on the order of Chelsea head coach, an apology Mourinho accepted gracefully.

But the FA have taken retrospective action against the former Napoli assistant coach.

“Chelsea coach Marco Ianni has been fined £6,000 after he admitted an FA improper conduct charge,” an FA statement read.

“It concerned his behaviour in the 96th minute of the game against Manchester United on 20 October 2018.”

Jose Mourinho on his part has been warned for his future conduct.
